• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Handcrafted or custom pieces may take a little longer as we put special care into each one.

• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

• Delivery Time: Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

• Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

• Delays: Manor & Meadow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

We want you to love every Manor & Meadow piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

• Custom or Handcrafted Items: Because each piece is made with care, these cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

To start a return, email us at hello@manorandmeadow with your order number and any applicable photos.

We carefully package each order, but if something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please let us know within 5 days of delivery.

• For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product.

• We’ll work with the carrier to make things right—either with a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.

Please note: we’re unable to refund or replace items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
After that time, your order may already be in progress, and cancellation may not be possible.

Custom orders often take additional time depending on design and materials. 50% is required up front for custom orders.

Because each piece is made especially for you, custom orders are final sale once confirmed.
